Founder and Executive Producer

With over 23 years of experience in Information technology and a background in Computer Science, Arnold founded Prowave Media in 2004 to pursue his creative side. As a corporate video producer,  he has won several Telly Awards for Excellence in Video and Corporate Communications. Prior to Prowave Media, Arnold has worked in various technology companies such as Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems, and Cisco Systems. Arnold is currently living in San Francisco Bay Area.

Creative Director

A strategic business development executive and innovative entrepreneur with a 15-year track record of building partnerships, developing new revenue streams around cutting-edge technology, guiding production and engineering teams, and translating original ideas into award-winning web experiences, films, and technology products. Significant experience working with early-stage start-ups in cross-functional capacity to dramatically increase client base and market share through direct sales, product innovation, and partner management.

Naomi Ture
Senior Producer / Director / Writer

As a national award-winning director & producer, Naomi leads video and television productions from concept through completion.   Naomi's flair for concept design & production stems from her wide-ranging background in the digital arts, including social media filmmaking, animation, educational technology and exhibit design.   Currently, Naomi is board member and Production Committee Chair for the Global Lives Project, which films 24-hours in the lives of diverse people around the world. As Senior Producer for KMVT Community Television, she is a scriptwriter, production coordinator, director and editor.

Jake de Asis
Art Director / Production Designer

Jake is our all around creative person who wears different hats as  an art director, production designer, TV commercial director, a scriptwriter, and a stage actor. With a degree in  Fine Arts majoring in Advertising from the
University of Santo Tomas, Jake has worked in various major TV network and production houses in the Philippines where he has been nominated for  his works as Production designer. He has also directed major commercial shows, product launches, TV magazine show, and a soap opera.
