How It Works

STEP 1: Pre-production Planning

Our video consultant will go over with you about the entire process, answer any questions you may have, and discuss all the necessary aspect of the video production.

STEP 2: Production

If you have chosen to be videotaped at our Studio, we will schedule you for an appointment for the shoot. The shoot normally takes between 1 to 2 hours. Our studio is already equipped and setup with the necessary lighting and sound. You will be placed in front of a green backdrop (i.e. "green-screen" effect). This green screen will be digitally replaced by another video graphics during editing. We use a 3-CCD broadcast quality camera to capture your image as you speak in front of the camera. As most people get jittery in front of the camera, we help you feel comfortable and at ease as you deliver your message. And of course, since we are going to do some editing on this video, feel free to make a lot of mistakes as we will get the best takes. Finally you will get to preview at the end of the session and help us decided which take you feel is the best. We will advise you on what clothes to wear for the shoot.

If you decide to submit your own video clip, all we require is for you to make sure it follows the specified format.

STEP 3: Editing

This process involves fine-tuning the video clip we have taken (including color-correction and sound editing). This is also the step where we create the digital business card using our Authoring Software. Creating the digital business card means putting together the video and the other materials into an interactive, menu-driven CD/DVD.

STEP 4: Replication and Packaging

Finally, the master CD/DVD will be sent to our facility for replication. This also includes printing of the CD/DVD label and packaging them. At the moment, each of the digital business card is contained in a transparent plastic sleeve.
